A Gang Show is a theatrical production produced and performed by members of the Scout and Girl Guiding Movements.

The Hutt Valley Gang Show is performed every two years at the Little Theatre, Lower Hutt, Wellington. While it is called the “Hutt Valley” Show (because it is performed in Lower Hutt), HVGS is a production put on collaboratively by the Rimutaka, Lower Hutt, Wellington and Kapiti Coastal Zones of Scouts New Zealand. Members of Scouts and Girl Guiding from throughout the greater Wellington region are eligible to be part of the Show.

Our next Show is HVGS 2010 which will be performed from Monday 20- September to Saturday 25 September 2010 at the Lower Hutt Little Theatre, Queens Drive, Lower Hutt. For information about HVGS 2010, and to read our latest news blogs, click here.

Tickets for HVGS 2010 are Now on Sale

Tickets are now on sale for this year’s Show. The performances are Monday 20 September to Saturday 25 September at 7.30pm, with a matinee performance at 2pm on Saturday 25 September as well. Ticket prices are $21 (adults) and $14 (youth at school). All adult seats are $16 for the Monday performance.

The theme of this year’s Show is “Myths, Tales and Legends” and there is plenty in the Show for people of all ages to enjoy. The cast is hard at work in rehearsals and the 2010 Show promises to a great one that is definitely not to be missed.

To buy tickets for HVGS 2010 dowload a ticket order form, fill it in and send it with your money to the HVGS Ticket Sales Manager (details are on the form).
